Return and Exchange Policy

Our high specification packaging for products, is designed for transportation through a home delivery network. We do appreciate that on a small number of occasions damages do occur. If a product is damaged upon delivery, this should be signed as damaged and refused. You should then contact us straight away, so that we can assist with the problem. 

 

This policy does not apply to our summerhouse/sheds or garden buildings which are made to order, details in our terms and conditions.

 

• We operate on a 28 day Refund Policy, should you be unhappy with your purchase please contact us to arrange a return, the item must not be damaged in any way and still, in it's original packaging and deemed resell-able, you must provide us with a proof of purchase. Our returns policy for Garden Buildings, Hot Tubs and Commercial products varies, please email us at info@happysleeps.co.uk.co.uk for more information.

 

• We offer Exchanges at a cost of a Delivery Fee dependant on your area, please contact us for more information.

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
